OSL is seeking a strategic and visionary Branding Lead to lead our Brand and Event department. This role demands a unique blend of creativity, regulatory awareness, and global perspective to elevate our brand in the rapidly evolving Web3 space. You will craft and execute a cohesive brand strategy while ensuring compliance with Hong Kong’s regulatory framework, driving brand awareness, customer loyalty, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a global brand strategy that aligns with OSL’s mission, values, and business goals, ensuring consistency across all markets and touchpoints.
Serve as the primary brand ambassador, safeguarding the brand’s voice and identity across internal and external communications in both local and international markets.
Monitor global industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product, legal) to ensure brand alignment and consistency across all customer touchpoints globally.
Design and execute a global events strategy, including hosted and sponsored events, to amplify brand presence and drive business growth in key markets.
Ensure event campaigns align with broader brand initiatives, delivering a cohesive and impactful customer experience worldwide.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality brand assets, campaigns, and events on a global scale.
Encourage innovation by exploring new ideas, tools, and approaches to branding and event management that resonate with global audiences.
Mentor team members, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with organizational goals in a global context.
Analyse global brand performance metrics and market trends to inform data-driven decisions and optimize strategies for regional and international markets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in brand strategy or marketing, ideally in fintech, Web3, or financial services.
Proven success in developing and executing global brand campaigns in regulated environments.
Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain, and digital assets.
Fluency in English and Mandarin, with exceptional communication skills.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform strategy.
Creative thinker with a track record of devising campaigns that engage and motivate target audiences.
Experience in event strategy and management is a plus.
