Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their challenges and needs
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from customers and internal users
• Lead project implementation, business analysis, and process streamlining initiatives
• Prepare detailed requirement specifications and work closely with system architects and developers to ensure accurate 
• Project/system implementation.
• Partner with Global IT teams to implement system upgrades, integrations, and deploy new applications
• Collaborate with the infrastructure team to manage application server-related tasks and assist in resolving network incidents that impact application performance or availability
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimization strategies
• Conduct testing and validation of system changes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with requirements
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with operations teams and customers
• Provide training sessions for end users when necessary
• Offer ongoing system support to end users
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the logistics, warehousing & distribution, eCommerce, or supply chain industry
• Knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, .NET, Java, or Node.js is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with Grafana and AWS Cloud is a plus
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills with a strong business acumen
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Software Engineer I role
