Job Responsibilities

• Perform security investigation and analysis on grMail, our email delivery protection services.
• Take part in security / phishing assessment for enterprises.
• Perform threat hunting tasks and identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Handle customer enquiries and services request.
• Test and evaluate new cyber security technology.

Job Requirements

• Work in shift hour is mandatory requirements.
• Fresh graduates welcome, cybersecurity knowledge would be an advantage.
• General knowledge in network such as TCP/IP, SMTP, HTTP etc.
• Knowledge in email security such as SPF will be an advantage.
• Good command of written English and Chinese.
• Able to communicate in English and Cantonese.
• Candidates with more experiences may be considered for more senior roles.
