Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain endpoint devices, including physical and virtual desktops, as well as mobile devices.
• Provide 1st and 2nd tier user support.
• Deploy group policies for PC configurations and security hardening.
• Develop scripts for automation.
• Perform regular system checks and security updates, such as Windows patch installations and hardware firmware updates.
• Handle administrative tasks, including IT asset inventory control and report preparation.
• Develop and maintain system documentation.
• Liaise and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and services.

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in IT or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in Service Desk and IT support; experience in financial institutions or large firms is preferred.
• Experience in supporting Virtual Desktop Environments, such as VMware Horizon and vSphere.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and common desktop applications.
• Familiarity with group policy administration and PowerShell scripting.
