Responsibilites:

Execution of Liquidation Business

• Responsible for the daily transaction fund liquidation and settlement of public offering funds, such as subscriptions, redemptions, etc., ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with relevant regulations and fund contracts.
• Handle the settlement fund transactions with custodians and sales institutions, check data, resolve discrepancies, and guarantee accurate fund receipts and payments.
• Participate in fund share registration, collaborate to confirm and adjust shares, and provide accurate data for net asset value calculation and information disclosure.

System Management

• Configure and maintain the parameters of the fund liquidation system to ensure compliance with business rules and regulations, and guarantee the stable operation of the system.
• Assist in the optimization and upgrade of the liquidation system, propose requirements, participate in the testing of new functions, and improve liquidation efficiency.

Data and File Management

• Compile liquidation reports, ensuring accurate and complete data and timely submission.
• Safeguard liquidation instructions, contracts, and other files, and establish a traceable management system.
• Participate in improving liquidation system processes, optimize according to business and regulatory requirements, and prevent risks.

Communication and Coordination

• Communicate with multiple internal departments to solve cross - departmental liquidation problems and ensure business synergy.
• Build good cooperative relationships with external custodian banks, etc., communicate liquidation business, and handle cooperation issues.

Collaborative Management

Internal Collaboration: Lead cross - departmental meetings, coordinate departments such as investment and research for new fund launches and business process adjustments, formulate collaborative plans, clarify responsibilities and time nodes, and promote projects; regularly collect feedback to optimize internal collaborative processes.

External Collaboration: Represent the company in industry liquidation exchange activities, share experiences, strive for resources; evaluate the cooperation effects of external partners such as custodian banks, establish an evaluation system, encourage excellent partners, and urge problem - ridden partners to rectify.

III. Qualification Requirements:

Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or above, with majors in accounting, finance, economics, etc. preferred.

Work Experience: 5 years or more of experience in public offering fund liquidation, familiar with operational processes, with experience in securities operations preferred, and experience in large - scale institutions being more advantageous.

Professional Skills:

• Familiar with fund liquidation regulations and business knowledge, and able to apply them in practice.
• Proficient in using office software, with strong data processing capabilities.
• Familiar with fund operation systems, with system operation and parameter maintenance capabilities, and experience with third - party fund trading systems such as Hundsun being preferred.
• Professional Qualifications: Hold a fund practitioner qualification certificate, with those having CPA, CFA, and other certificates being preferred.
