Manager, BSA/AML Compliance, Global Bank

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Manager BSA/AML compliance for a fast-growing Global Bank. This role is essential for ensuring adherence to both local and international AML regulations. The successful candidate will manage the BSA/AML program, conduct risk assessments, handle regulatory filings, and serve as the primary contact for audits and examinations. Additionally, you will provide guidance on BSA/AML policies, lead related projects, and deliver training to promote a culture of compliance.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily compliance with BSA/AML regulations.
  • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the BSA/AML program.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory filings accurately and on time.
  • Act as the main liaison for internal and external audits.
  • Advise business units on BSA/AML policies and procedures.
  • Conduct bi-annual risk assessments and support enterprise-wide assessments.
  • Lead and participate in BSA/AML projects and training initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide a team of compliance professionals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in BSA/AML compliance within the banking sector.
  • Stable candidates from US banks are preferred.
  • AML certification (e.g., ACAMS) is required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • The ability to work effectively with all levels of management and under pressure.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
