Job Description:
As a Financial Accounting Senior Manager at my client, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial accounting operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will lead a team of accounting professionals, manage financial reporting, and provide strategic insights to support the bank's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the financial accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and reviews.
• Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial accounting
• Banking experience is a must
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
