Key Responsibilities

• Understanding clients’ requirements and designing technical solutions on AWS/Azure that address clients’ requirements for scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
• Act as a consultant to assist customer to navigate their own cloud journey 
• Work closely and support the sales team from a technical perspective.
• Work closely with a team of architects and engineers to create technical documents and proposals
• Conduct proof-of-concept demonstrations, technical presentations and seminars 
• Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner. 
• Maintain technical skills and knowledge of market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the technical community.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or a similar role in the IT cloud solution
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of cloud computing technologies on AWS and other cloud computing trends (e.g. Azure, AliCloud is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with cloud computing technologies (e.g. AWS/Azure is preferred)
• Proven experience architecting, designing, and programming applications in an AWS/Azure Cloud environment.
• Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work to drive customer success
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin & English is required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Solution Architect

Preferred Requirements

• Professional certifications (AWS/Azure) 
• Proven experience in strategic planning and business development 
• Knowledge of Microsoft M365 and Cybersecurity 
• Architectural knowledge of data centre infrastructure, including networking, servers, storage infrastructure and virtruallization
• Immediately available will be preferred
