The Sr. Territory Sales Manager , Hong Kong & Macau is responsible promotion of Cepheid products to current and potential customers within assigned accounts in Hong Kong and Macau region.

This position is part of the Commercial Department and will be located in Hong Kong. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Be responsible for managing and growing business in existing and new Cepheid accounts adn achieve sales goals
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with Key Account
  • Introduce and develop new testing in Point Of Care
  • Develop and implement customer specific action plans
  • Work closely with Field Application Specialists and Field Service Engineers

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, master’s degree in in Laboratory/Clinical medical with 3+ years of related work experience
  • Scientific background - Microbiology knowledge
  • With 3+ years sales management experience in Hospital and Private Lab environment
  • Excellent professional selling skills to laboratory doctors, clinicians and healthcare professionals.
  • Proficient in both mandarin and English

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Relevant working experience in Molecular Diagnostic
  • Demonstrate great business insight with success stories
  • Creating a business case with the aim of demand generation
