About the Company:

Our Client are growing their internal Logistics & Warehouse Team and seeking Officers and Senior Officers to handle the logistics and warehousing of their global operations, based out of Hong Kong.

About the Role:

The role requires a balance between warehouse management and logistics arrangements, a dedicated and flexible mindset with the willingness to travel globally.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor goods in and out of records from overseas warehouses.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock checks in warehouses as needed.
• Coordinate with different departments to dispatch stocks when required.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the storage area.
• Assist in ad hoc tasks e.g. stock takes and housing keeping activities in various storage areas.
• Periodic data inputs and stock reports.
• Willing to and able to travel to Central & South America, China, EU with potential for other destinations.
• Willing to learn and work as a team.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned.

Qualifications :

DSE/ HKAL or above.

Required Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Good command of Cantonese. Mandarin is an added bonus.
• Effective communication and teamwork ability.
