A top-tier local insurer is looking for a trustee/ pension compliance professional to support the team.
Your new role
- Design and maintain regulatory compliance programs and procedures, oversee internal and external compliance, conduct due diligence, and manage non-compliance incidents.
- Advise on regulatory changes and business initiatives for trustee and pension businesses.
- Support product development, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor fund management aspects, and provide compliance inputs for new products.
- Implement and maintain AML, CRS, and FATCA programs, identify and address compliance gaps, ensure program effectiveness, and provide staff training.
- Handle regulatory enquiries, liaise with regulators, ensure timely submission of statutory reports, and coordinate with internal and external parties.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, legal or relevant fields.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in the financial services industry handling compliance or internal controls.
- Knowledgeable of trustee and pension business and products.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
What you'll get in return
- Successful candidates will be offered a monthly salary ranging from HKD 75,000 to 85,000 depending on your interview performance and level of experience;
