Job Description: Agile Business Analyst

Client: Leading International Luxury Retailer

Location: APEC Region

Reports To: Head of Mobile Application Development

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Agile Business Analyst to join our team. This role primarily focuses on the internal mobile application development side, serving approximately 5,500 users across the APEC region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with a focus on mobile app development and API integration. Experience with Salesforce and retail is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for internal mobile applications.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and project goals.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions meet business needs.
• Analyze and prioritize product backlog items in alignment with business objectives.
• Assist in the integration of APIs to enhance mobile application functionality.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on user feedback and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an agile environment.
• Familiarity with mobile application development and API integration.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous but not required.
• Retail experience is a preference but not essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
