We are looking for an energetic and detail-minded person to provide support on C&B functions in our Human Resources team. You will be required to perform the following:

• Responsible for a full spectrum of C&B functions and operations including but not limited to insurance, pension, taxation, benefits administration, leave management, work injury cases and other C&B related matters
• Plan, execute and monitor various projects, including but not limited to annual salary reviews, bonus schemes, and incentive programs to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
• Assist in the formulation, review and implementation of C&B policies and procedures
• Prepare HR budget as well as compile management reports and HR related statistical analysis
• Conduct salary surveys and obtain market information for evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of existing compensation and benefits programmes
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience, with at least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory / managerial capacity (candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager)
• Professional knowledge of Hong Kong human resources practices, in particular, remuneration and benefits, experience in HK Listed Company will be a plus
• Practical knowledge on Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, Privacy and Equal Opportunity Ordinances and other HR related practices
• Proven track record on change management
• Organized and detail-minded person with good analytical mind and mathematical sense
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; preferable with good knowledge of Putonghua
• Well-developed and effective interpersonal skills and communication skills in both verbal and written
