Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team in the cryptocurrency and blockchain sector. This role focuses on driving growth and optimizing market-making strategies for CEX, with an emphasis on improving trading volumes and strengthening brand positioning. As a key representative of our organization, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to facilitate business opportunities and foster long-term collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Establish and sustain relationships with prospective clients, partners, and key stakeholders to facilitate transactions and and enhance liquidity.
• Develop and execute market maker business development strategies aimed at achieving the company’s growth objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations for liquidity optimization.
• Facilitate collaboration among internal teams, including trading, risk management, and technical departments, to ensure efficient trading operations.
• Provide constructive market feedback and strategic insights to product development teams, fostering continuous improvement and alignment with market demands.
• Develop the implementation of effective marketing campaigns and branding collaborations to meet customer needs and improve the company's competitive position.

Requirements

• Demonstrate experience in market-making or trading, with a comprehensive understanding of financial markets and transaction workflows.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, excellent ability to communicate and negotiate, fostering productive relationships across diverse groups.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to make swift decisions and perform well under pressure.
• High sense of responsibility and teamwork.
