International Business Development Manager - Oil & Gas
Lead the expansion of international markets in the oil and gas sector, formulating and executing global business development strategies.
Identify and evaluate overseas market opportunities, particularly in Iraq, establish partnerships, and drive global business growth.
Conduct business negotiations, oversee contract signing, and ensure the successful execution of cooperation agreements to achieve business objectives.
Monitor industry policies, market trends, and competitor dynamics to provide strategic market insights and recommendations.
Lead the screening, feasibility analysis, and investment evaluation of international oil and gas exploration, development, and production projects.
Work closely with technical, finance, legal, and engineering teams to ensure compliance in international business operations.
Oversee the management of international projects, coordinating resources to ensure smooth execution.
Identify legal, tax, political, and operational risks in international markets and develop corresponding risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure business activities comply with international laws, regulations, and local policies, maintaining the company’s reputation.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Energy, Petroleum Engineering, Geological Exploration, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
3–10 years of experience in international market expansion within the oil and gas industry.
Preference for candidates with experience in major oil companies, energy firms, or EPC enterprises.
Experience in oil and gas exploration, LNG, and upstream/midstream/downstream business development is a plus.
Strong understanding of global oil and gas industry trends, investment landscape, and regulatory policies, especially in Iraq.
Excellent market analysis, business negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per month
