Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the expansion of international markets in the oil and gas sector, formulating and executing global business development strategies.
• Identify and evaluate overseas market opportunities, particularly in Iraq, establish partnerships, and drive global business growth.
• Conduct business negotiations, oversee contract signing, and ensure the successful execution of cooperation agreements to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor industry policies, market trends, and competitor dynamics to provide strategic market insights and recommendations.
• Lead the screening, feasibility analysis, and investment evaluation of international oil and gas exploration, development, and production projects.
• Work closely with technical, finance, legal, and engineering teams to ensure compliance in international business operations.
• Oversee the management of international projects, coordinating resources to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify legal, tax, political, and operational risks in international markets and develop corresponding risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure business activities comply with international laws, regulations, and local policies, maintaining the company’s reputation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Energy, Petroleum Engineering, Geological Exploration, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3–10 years of experience in international market expansion within the oil and gas industry.
• Preference for candidates with experience in major oil companies, energy firms, or EPC enterprises.
• Experience in oil and gas exploration, LNG, and upstream/midstream/downstream business development is a plus.
• Strong understanding of global oil and gas industry trends, investment landscape, and regulatory policies, especially in Iraq.
• Excellent market analysis, business negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per month
