About The Role

As the Senior Executive / Executive on the Innovation Team, support Innovation Manager to shape the future of travel in Hong Kong and China by creating unforgettable experiences and leading the charge in travel innovation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in incubating innovation projects
  • Identify new travel trends and customer needs as well as to inspire product and campaign development
  • Design and implement viral marketing campaigns to captivate and engage our audience
  • Support Innovation Manager to develop innovative ideas and project plans, and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Build and maintain connections within the local innovation ecosystem and global partners to unlock collaboration opportunities
  • Coordinate with various teams to align on business focus in order to provide comprehensive briefs to all relevant parties (SEO team, designer, PR team, external team, partners) for project roll out.
  • Manage timeline, budget, resources effectively to maximise ROI and ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner and within budget.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of proven working experience in digital marketing, advertising agency, preferably with travel industry and regional exposure.
  • You thrive on creating unique travel experiences and spotting new opportunities
  • A strong grasp of travel trends and social media channels to develop engaging content
  • Stellar project management skills to handle multiple initiatives and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach, ready to take on challenges and deliver results
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Willing to travel for business assignments as and when required.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office suite and analytics platforms.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimise campaign performance.
