Job description:

Product Development and Innovation:

• Participate in new product R&D projects, managing the entire process from concept development to product realization;
• Propose innovative product concepts and design solutions based on market demand and company strategy;
• Conduct feasibility studies using professional knowledge and technical expertise

Technical Research and Application:

• Track industry trends in technology and explore the potential application of new technologies within business contexts;
• Regularly collect and analyze relevant technical information to provide reference support for corporate innovation initiatives;
• Integrate emerging technologies into product development processes to enhance performance, quality, and competitiveness.

Design and Development:

• Responsible for product design and oversee implementation throughout the development lifecycle.

Testing and Optimization:

• Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans for new products including functional testing, performance testing, reliability testing, etc.
• Collect and analyze test data to identify issues promptly and propose optimization solutions;
• Continuously improve product design and manufacturing processes to enhance stability and reliability;
• Debug technical issues based on test results and refine algorithms to optimize software performance.

Job requirements:

• Possess a bachelor degree or above qualification in a science, technology, engineering and mathematics related discipline by either a local university or a well-recognized non-local institution;
• Practical experience in software development and design;
• Proficiency with common operating system commands on Linux/Windows environments;
• Experience in open-source frameworks such as SSM (Spring MVC + Spring + MyBatis), Spring Boot and Spring Cloud;
• Hands-on familiarity with technologies like Zookeeper, Redis, or Hadoop in application projects is preferrable;
• Strong ability to learn quickly, analyze problems, and solve complex challenges independently;
• Conversational in Chinese and English (Both written and verbal).
