Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the Paper Packaging division of acquired company at Golden Vision Capital, . The CEO will be based in Hong Kong SAR, with frequent travelling to mainland China, Indonesia and any other places required. The CEO will oversee the overall strategic direction, financial performance, operations, and sales efforts of the company. Daily tasks will include managing the executive team, driving business growth and development, improving operational efficiencies, and formulating and implementing strategic plans to achieve company goals. The CEO will also be involved in stakeholder management and ensuring that the company remains compliant with all relevant regulations.

• Strong skills in Finance and Operations Management
• Expertise in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
• Proven track record in driving Sales
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting with a combination of in-office and remote work
• Experience in the paper packaging or related industries is a plus
