What You’ll Do

• Design End-to-End: Lead projects from early-stage ideas to interactive prototypes and final high-fidelity designs for our event platform.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, event coordinators, and marketers to translate insights into delightful user journeys.
• User-Centric Innovation: Draw on user research, testing, and data to refine your designs, ensuring our platform is intuitive and accessible for all.
• Build Design Systems: Develop and maintain a coherent design language that empowers our teams to move quickly while keeping experiences consistent and engaging.
• Mentor & Grow: Share your knowledge and help foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within our creative community.
• Accessibility Champion: Ensure that every design decision supports usability and inclusivity, allowing anyone to enjoy our services.

Who You Are

• You bring 1–3+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, backed by a portfolio that reflects a user-first, creative approach.
• You enjoy working with design tools such as Figma and are open to exploring new methods and technologies.
• You have a keen interest in events, digital lifestyles, or any space where tech meets social experiences, and you’re eager to help shape our platform.
• You are comfortable conducting user research, translating findings into actionable design improvements, and iterating based on feedback.
• You excel in communication, able to explain your design ideas clearly to both creative and technical team members.
• While formal education in design is a plus, we value practical expertise, passion, and a proactive attitude above all.
