Act as a trusted C&B consultant for HR Team and wider internal clients
Support the development, review, and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and programs under the Total Reward Framework
Responsible for various C&B initiatives such as annual budgeting, annual salary review, bonus and incentive programs, benefits schemes review, C&B benchmarking and other rewards related activities
Ensure internal relativity and external competitiveness of the C&B programs by closely maintaining the job evaluation system and market intelligence
Participate in salary and benefits benchmarking, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Support headcount and staff cost management, and conduct staff cost analysis to provide insights for HR strategies development
Supervise subordinates to perform the full spectrum of C&B functions including payroll processing, MPF, taxation, leave management , benefits administration and support his/ her personal development
Provide analytical metrics to management to facilitate crucial decisions via deriving insights from HRIS data and information
Bring a forward thinking approach to C&B projects
Lead or assist in ad hoc HR initiatives
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or above in business related disciplines
Have solid experience in running PMS, Job Grade and People Soft HCM
Experience in HRIS implementation
Capable to strive for excellence in execution and able to work in a fast paced work environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese
Computer literate, well-versed in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
A minimum of 8 years’ proven total reward management experience in sizeable corporations
Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related laws and regulations
Demonstrated learning agility, dynamic, resourceful, a self-starter capable to initiate projects and articulate objectives in a precise and concise manner to rally others’ support
Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen combined with a drive for results and problem solving
Critical eye for details and processes as well as highly developed organizational and project management skills
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, C&B
Work location: Yuen Long (Occasional travel to other offices located at Wan Chai and Chai Wan will be needed)
Shuttle bus pick up point: Chai Wan/ Quarry Bay / Lam Tin / Kowloon Tong / University Station / Long Ping Station
