We seek a Talent Acquisition Manager to drive recruitment, workforce planning, and hiring strategies to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and strong talent pipeline.
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and drive effective hiring decisions.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, referrals, and employer branding initiatives.
Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to optimize hiring strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employer branding.
Familiarity with Hong Kong labor laws related to hiring and employment.
Fluent in English and Chinese.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
