Job Overview:

We seek a Talent Acquisition Manager to drive recruitment, workforce planning, and hiring strategies to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and strong talent pipeline.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and drive effective hiring decisions.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, referrals, and employer branding initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to optimize hiring strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employer branding.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong labor laws related to hiring and employment.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
