Overseas Sales & BD

Job Responsibilities:

1.    Product Sales : responsible for product sales and achieve sales targets according to the sales strategy.

2.    Business Development : Independently develop overseas markets in charge, overseas Key Account (KA) customers, or explore the potential needs of overseas KA customers.

3.    Customer Relationship Management : Visit customers as planned and required, conduct regular follow-ups, establish customer files, and maintain good client relationship.

4.    Cross-Departmental Coordination : Effective communication with other departments to follow up on production, product delivery, and testing.

5.    Contract Management : Responsible for signing of sales contracts, facilitate contract execution on track and on time, and collect overdue sales payments.

6.    Marketing Activities : Actively participate in various sales and marketing activities such as industry exhibitions and conferences, follow market demands, and provide timely feedback on industry information.

Qualifications:

1.    Education and Language : Bachelor's degree or above; English as working language, proficiency in Japanese, Spanish, French, or German is preferred.

2.    Sales Experience : Over 1 year of prior B2B sales experience preferred; client connection in industries such as marine, engines, automotive electronics is preferred.

3.    Sales Passion : Passionate about sales and sales management, with independent entrepreneurial spirit, strong self-motivation and ambition, and goal-driven.

4.    Communication Skills : Excellent communication and business negotiation skills, with client-centric mindset and consciousness for innovative solutions.

5.    Travel Requirement : Willingness to overseas business travel.

This position is based in China.
