Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hong Kong SAR for a VIP Account Manager. The VIP Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-value clients. Daily tasks will include meeting with clients, understanding their needs, sourcing and coordinating the supply of ingredients, and ensuring client satisfaction. The position requires close communication with both clients and internal teams to provide personalized service and support, tailored to the unique requirements of each customer. The role also involves travel within Hong Kong and Macau to visit clients and prospects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Client Relationship Management and Account Management
• Knowledge of the food and beverage industry, and culinary ingredients
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally within a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in Sales and Business Development is a plus
• Fluency in English and French both written and spoken
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
