Our client is an European luxury brand specialised in leather goods and RTW, and they are seeking for a talented Retail Manager to oversee their Hong Kong and Macau market. As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for:

Retail Management & Operations:

- Developing and executing the retail strategy for the brand, considering market trends and growth opportunities

- Allocating sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to exceed objectives

- Supervising Store Managers to create and implement effective store activity plans

- Setting KPIs and providing coaching to drive the retail team's sales excellence

- Managing landlord relationships and identifying expansion possibilities

- Optimizing retail operations and reporting to ensure compliance

Customer Relationship Management:

- Defining and leading the execution of the retail CRM strategy and targets

- Ensuring consistently high levels of customer service across all stores

- Developing tools and activities to achieve CRM goals and gather customer feedback

People Management & Development:

- Overseeing retail team talent acquisition, training, and performance management

- Identifying training needs and providing coaching to the team

- Collaborating with HR on people-related initiatives

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partnering with Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, and other teams to align on initiatives

The ideal candidate will have:

- Minimum 9 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in senior management, preferably in luxury with multi store management experience

- Strong business acumen, logical thinking, and excellent communication skills

- Proven organizational and leadership abilities

- Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with retail management systems
