General Manager, Real Estate/Leasing (Reputable F&B Group)
Our client is a reputable F&B group looking for a GM, Real Estate to join its team. This role will responsible for the real estate development and leasing management of all outlets in Hong Kong. This role will report directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
Develop outlets growth plans and expansion strategies in line with annual opening targets.
Assess and negotiate the selection of business districts and outlets locations, taking responsibility for key indicators such as outlet location, construction, and rental costs.
Formulating and implementing the network distribution strategy in Hong Kong
Expand real estate resources and maintain relationships with property developers and shopping mall cooperation departments.
Conduct a quarterly mapping of business districts and maintain the business districts database.
Prepare leasing budgets, reports, and analyses to ensure the portfolio meets leasing targets.
Inspect and accept stores with HQ and regional stakeholders based on construction standards and local laws and regulations.
Review and amend Lease Agreements to protect the company's interests.
Execute store establishment-related matters assigned
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in leasing and business development, a focus on food and beverage or hospitality with international exposure will be an asset
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
Proven ability to build effective working relationships through collaboration and leverage diverse skills to achieve shared objectives
Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a proactive approach to developing market knowledge and insights
A mindset geared towards innovation and a genuine passion for the food and beverage industry
In-depth understanding of food and beverage construction requirements and operational procedures
Proven experience in property development and comprehensive knowledge of the commercial market
Strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and the agility to respond swiftly to challenging situations.
Service-oriented with exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
Highly organized and methodical, capable of making timely decisions that align with strategic goals
Ability to interpret and utilize business, financial, and market information to inform sound decisions
Excellent command in spoken and written English; fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage

Candidates with less experience may be considered for an Assistant General Manager Role
