Our trainee solicitors will undertake hands-on training under the guidance of our experienced lawyers, in alignment with the training requirements of the Law Society of Hong Kong. Throughout the 2 years, you will gain valuable experience within different practice areas, working alongside our dedicated team to handle practical matters and meet our clients’ needs. In turn, we will provide you with the support you require, including on-the-job feedback and advice.

We are seeking capable individuals who possess solid and comprehensive legal knowledge, strong personal qualities, ambition, commitment, a willingness to take on responsibilities, and excellent interpersonal skills to join our team.

To be considered for this position, you must also meet the following requirements:

• A consistently good academic record;
• A law degree from universities in a common law jurisdiction;
• Has completed or is about to complete the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (P.C.LL); and
• The ability to read, write and speak English and Chinese. A limited number of applicants who do not meet the requisite language requirement may also be considered.

Recruitment process

The recruitment process commences every September for the following year’s intake. We recruit on a rolling basis. We encourage interested applicants to submit their applications at the earliest opportunity.

At the recommendation of our Recruitment Panel, selected candidates will be invited to attend a written test and a first interview with one of our senior lawyers on the Panel. Shortlisted candidates will then attend a second interview with our partner(s).
