Lead cutting-edge AI algorithm research for AI-Agent, including but not limited to deep learning model optimization (e.g., Transformers, GANs, Diffusion Models).
Design and develop multimodal integration techniques, combining NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning to enhance AI-Agent intelligence.
Collaborate with engineering teams to transform research outcomes into deployable prototypes, validating algorithm performance in real-world scenarios.
Write technical reports and academic papers, stay updated with the latest AI advancements, and drive team innovation.
-Requirements
PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field, or equivalent research experience (e.g., Master’s degree + 3+ years of research experience).
Proficient in machine learning theory and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), with expertise in model training, optimization, and evaluation.
Strong mathematical foundation (linear algebra, probability, optimization theory), capable of independently designing and validating algorithms.
Minimum 3 years of AI research experience; candidates with publications in top-tier conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) or journals preferred.
Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to write technical documentation in English.
