Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent;
• Met the language proficiencies requirement of Level 3 in English and Level 3 in Chinese in the HKDSEE or HKCEE ,or equivalent;
• At least 2 years post-graduate working experience preferably in government department or public bodies;
• Have a good knowledge in common computer applications including MS Word and Excel;
• Preference will be given to candidates with 2 year IT project experience in government department or public bodies;
• Fluent Cantonese and good written Chinese and English;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Mature, polite, self-motivated and able to work independently.

Job Duties

• To monitor daily system operations of SmartPLAY;
• To handle the additional duties arisen from the take-up of programme balloting for Training Course & Recreation Activity (TCRA);
• To support the enrolment of first-come-first-served TCRA and programme for the persons with disabilities;
• To handle the enquiries related to the operational issue of programme enrolment;
• To continue support the duties related to facilites booking;
• To handle enquiries and complaints from public, investigate the cases, draft reply and answer enquiry;
• To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers
