Our client is seeking a strategic and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize digital campaigns across global markets. This role focuses on audience acquisition, engagement, and ROI maximization through multi-channel marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies tailored to different regions.
Manage and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, WeChat, and Google Ads.
Implement lead generation initiatives and conduct A/B testing for campaign improvement.
Utilize Google Tag Manager (GTM) and analytics tools for data tracking and insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
Lead and mentor a team to drive marketing performance.
Requirements:
6+ years in performance marketing, with global campaign management experience.
Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (written & spoken).
Strong experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, WeChat, and Google Ads, with a track record of delivering strong performance.
Expertise in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, GTM, and paid media platforms.
Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns based on data insights.
Fintech experience is a plus.
