  • Collaboration and Team Development:

Strengthen logistics knowledge within the team through sharing insights and fostering collaboration.

Lead teams to adopt technologies such as RPA, AI, and VBA scripts to drive measurable efficiency gains and cost savings.


  • Strategic Planning and Implementation:

Identify opportunities for automation and system improvements to streamline order management processes.

Drive the implementation of automation projects to save time and resources.

Train stakeholders to respond quickly to market challenges and foster long-term partnerships with logistics service providers.


  • Performance Evaluation and Optimization:

Monitor logistics performance metrics and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.

Analyze operation reports to review performance and implement enhancements.

Strategically review and adjust the global logistics network in response to market dynamics and trade considerations.


  • 3PL Management:

Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient transportation and distribution processes, optimizing costs and service levels.


  • Warehouse Management:

Direct warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics. Implement best practices to enhance productivity and accuracy.


Experience / Qualification Requirements


  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics management and supply chain operations.

Strong leadership abilities with a track record of driving transformative change.

  • Comprehensive understanding of global logistics operations and procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in implementing automation technologies and system enhancements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective leadership and collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
  • Professional certifications like PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Dangerous Goods Regulations are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiating contracts to enhance performance and reduce costs.

  • Experience in managing global logistics networks and adjusting routing to respond to market dynamics.
