Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive reporting and analysis, guaranteeing that information is accurately conveyed to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as a supportive partner to the sales team by providing thorough follow-up on all customer service inquiries to enhance client relationships.
  • Collaborate with various teams to address customer service and after-sales concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures within the store, managing the archiving of important documents for easy access and reference.
  • Assist in the implementation and effective utilization of digital tools to optimize operations and improve productivity.
  • Monitor overall store operations and provide assistance as necessary to uphold high service standards.
  • Ensure the application of internal control procedures and health & safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in luxury retail or 6 years in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
  • A strong desire to learn and enhance operational processes.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, creative, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible with sound judgment and effective problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; knowledge of French is an advantage.
  • Familiar with computer operations, particularly with advanced Excel skills for data management and analysis.
