Job Descriptions:
- Handling sales and group event activities, on duty during the time of events
- Ensure effective planning, implementation and coordination of a range of events and activities, aligning with clients’ requirements and Facilities Management team
- Maintain strong relationship with clients, guests and business partners
- Coordinate with client on arranging sufficient manpower, AV, and set up for event
- To prepare monthly static report, and provides management with special reporting and analysis on a departmental basis in a timely and accurate manner
- Responsible for the sourcing and procurement process of events/operations equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management
- 5.5-day work (alt Sat); from 9am to 6pm and require to roster over weekend subject to event
- Overtime and working on holidays are required
- Degree holder in Marketing, Hospitality, Event or Business Administration with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Diploma / Degree in Building Studies / Event Management or relevant disciplines with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Customer-oriented, possess good interpersonal, communication, supervisory, management skill and market sense. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Event and Marketing Officer
- Hands-on events coordination, venue booking, customer relations management
- Interface with clients, landlords, contractors, and suppliers
- Familiar with government license application would be an asset
- Experience in organizing Digital Entertainment, Esports events is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skill, flexibility, able to work independently, multi-tasked and meet deadlines
- Organized, detailed minded, proactive, excellent communication skills and good team player
- Sound PC knowledge (MS office). Proficient in software application including Adobe Acrobat; AutoCAD is a plus
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
- Work Location: Hong Kong Island
