Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Cargo Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in China/Hong Kong. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own Network: Having a pool of clients with whom we can work directly.
  • Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new cargo sales opportunities within China.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, brokers, and logistics partners to promote Stellavia’s services.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide insights for strategic planning.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with global sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cargo sales and air freight sales, with a proven track record in the Chinese market.
  • Strong understanding of air cargo logistics, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Mandarin and English.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
