Monitoring and controlling project cycle to ensure smooth implementation of the project
Understand and collect information from product owner, which is related to the project specifications and requirements
Develop project plans, goals, and budgets, and track project progress against these parameters
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
Carry out UAT with product owner and proceed to project launch
Responsible for preparing documents – project timeline, log sheet etc
Coordinate in project activities/ meetings
Handling ad-hoc tasks or projects
Requirements
Degree in Project Management or related discipline
2 – 5 years or above in IT project management, PMP certification is a plus
Good communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese
Advanced in organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Possess a strong sense of responsibility
A good team player with problem-solving skills, able to handle multiple tasks under pressure independently
Self-motivated and well-organized, willing to learn with a positive attitude
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
