Description

• Lead the design, build, and operational management of scalable software solutions and platforms.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and system administrators to enhance the software development lifecycle.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies, including Gen AI, to evolve engineering capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party vendors.
• Mentor and coach engineers, fostering career progression and skill development.
• Ensure adherence to governance, policies, and budgetary constraints while streamlining processes for cost efficiency.

Profile

The ideal candidate has over 15 years of experience in DevOps or software engineering, with deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure), and coding languages such as Python, C++, and JavaScript. They possess strong leadership skills, the ability to transform organizational capabilities, and hands-on experience in managing quality assurance functions. A solid understanding of retail banking and agile practices is highly desirable.
