Job Responsibilities:

• Understand and articulate the company’s product features and workflows
• Deploy and implement IT projects
• Conduct testing for customized product features
• Complete documentation for project deployment and management
• Troubleshoot and report issues for developer follow-up
• Communicate with customers to address product/project inquiries and resolve issues
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful implementation of product features in customer environments

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Computing, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills
• Excellent follow-up and follow-through abilities
• Self-motivated and independent thinker
• Familiarity with Point-of-Sales (POS) systems, Restaurant Table Management Systems, or Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) systems is a plus
• Proficiency in API testing, SQL queries, and Windows PowerShell/Command line is advantageous
