Highway Contract no.: 14/HY/2024 Highways Department Term Contract (Management and Maintenance of Roads on Hong Kong Island excluding Expressways and High Speed Roads 2025 – 2030)

We are looking for an Assistant Measurement Co-ordinator to support measurement and quantity surveying tasks for term maintenance contracts, ensuring accuracy in cost control and contract management.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Measurement Co-ordinator (MC) in measurement and quantity surveying tasks.
Support the preparation of cost estimates, valuations, and payment applications.
Maintain accurate records of measurements and contract works.
Liaise with engineers, contractors, and relevant authorities for compliance with contractual and financial requirements.
Assist in contract administration and reporting.

Requirements (Fulfill One of the Following):

Option 1: Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building or Civil Engineering or relevant subjects, or Associate Membership of HKIE (Building/Civil/Structural Discipline) or HKIS (Quantity Surveying Division), with:
Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in the management or supervision of highways maintenance contracts or other civil engineering contracts.
Option 2: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying work.
Additional Requirements:
Proficiency in Cantonese and English (spoken and written).
