Job Responsibility
• Support all around procurement and warehouse operation
• Consolidate users’ requirements and source qualified suppliers
• Maintain and update procurement & warehouse documents and records
• Perform general clerical and related administrative duties as assigned
• Assist in other ad-hoc as assigned
- 協助日常運營，確保流程順暢。
- 收集並分析用戶需求，尋找並評估合格的供應商，以確保最佳的採購選擇。
- 定期檢查並更新相關文件，確保資料的準確性及完整性。
- 處理日常文書工作，如數據錄入、文件整理等，支持團隊運作。
- 根據需要協助其他業務需求，靈活應對突發情況。
Job Requirement
• Higher Diploma or above holder in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline is a plus
• 1 - 2 years’ experience in procurement, preferably in Food & Beverage, Catering or Hotel industry
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
• Proficiency in procurement system is an advantage
• More experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Procurement Officer or Procurement Officer
