Job Descriptions:

• Assist daily operation including check-in/ out, handle enquiries and maximize guests' satisfaction
• To ensure a smooth and efficient operation at the Front Desk
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma holder in relevant discipline
• Preferably with 1 year relevant experience in Hospitality industry
• Knowledge of using Opera would be an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
