My client is a well-established and listed company in Hong Kong. They are urgently looking for an experienced Legal professional to join their Hong Kong Legal Team. 

Job Description:

• Provide legal support and legal advice for the company, including business operations, team restructuring, etc.
• Responsible for contract drafting, reviewing and modifying
• Identify potential legal risks associated with business activities and provide strategies to mitigate those risks.
• Work closely with different internal departments, such as Marketing Team, Operations Team, Finance Team, etc. 
• Responsible for internal policies and procedures related to commercial legal matters

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Law, with 12+ PQE. Experience as a barrister or transactional lawyer would be highly preferred
• Familiar with Hong Kong laws and PRC laws
• Familiar with the property/ real estate industry
• Experienced in handling company restructuring and debt restructuring legal matters is a must
• Excellent command of Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English. Native in Mandarin would be an advantage
• Welcome candidate who is holding working visa and currently based in Hong Kong
