Our client, a well-known regional bank based in Hong Kong, is looking for an Experienced Teller to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer services and handle customers' enquiries
• Handle general account withdrawals, money transfer, and answer customer inquiries
• Handle counter services and balance daily transactions
• Support back-end operations and make referrals to relevant staff
• Perform ad-hoc assignments when required
• Coordinate in-branch and off-site promotions

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of Banking Teller experience
• Customer-oriented with communication skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
