Part Time Service Ambassador [Ref no: PTSA-EW]
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operation of branch by branch;
- Provide support to customer in using automated banking facilities, i.e., ATM, Cheque deposit machine, etc.;
- Promote and invite customer to use and follow the NCB electronic platform, i.e., e-banking, WeChat, etc.
Job Requirements:
- College students with no banking experience are welcomed;
- Basic knowledge of banking product and service;
- Able to handle customer enquiries in automated banking facilities;
- Proficiency in spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
