Lead and oversee all beauty centre operational matters to achieve long-term strategic business goals
Lead and manage all beauty centre staff to ensure excellent customer services
Conduct performance reviews and sales coaching for front-line staff
Prepare frontline sales and activity reports, and provide insightful analysis to Management on the performance of all beauty centre
Oversee the daily operations and facilities
Requirements:
Degree / Higher Diploma holder in healthcare related or relevant subjects
10+ years of relevant experience
Demonstrable experience in leading and managing beauty centre operations with strong selling techniques
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Effective people management skills, including motivation, development, and performance management
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills.
Mature, pleasant attitude, customer-oriented and self-motivated
Able to work with various people in different capacities and good at collaboration
Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
