Responsibilities:
- Preparation of tender, job budget, drawings and equipment submission;
- Perform project planning, site supervision and overall project management;
- Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors;
- Supervise sub-contractors and attend site meetings;
- Assist in prepare of payment, variation claim and negotiation;
- Participate in other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services / Environmental / Fire Engineering;
- 3 years or above experience in construction field;
- Proficient in using AutoCAD and MS Applications etc.;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
