主要職責：

• 支援海外員工的簽證、工作許可和差旅津貼流程。
• 與HRBP和業務團隊合作，提高員工滿意度。

要求：

• 至少有2年人力資源相關問題的經驗。
• 英語流利，可以進行國際溝通。
• 具有較強的溝通能力、注重細節的能力及執行能力。
• 了解香港及東南亞勞動法規；跨文化合規經驗者優先。

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute recruitment plans for Hong Kong and overseas positions to achieve hiring targets.
• Manage overseas recruitment channels, handle employee onboarding, transfers, and departures.
• Implement local salary, benefits, and leave policies to ensure compliance.
• Support visa, work permit, and travel allowance processes for overseas employees.
• Collaborate with HRBP and business teams to enhance employee satisfaction.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in HR-related issues.
• Fluent in English for international communication.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and execution capabilities.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong and Southeast Asia labor regulations; cross-cultural compliance experience is preferred.
