Accounting Manager (Accounts Payable) [Ref no: AMAP-ALAI]

- End-to-end accounts payable operation
- Degree holder in Accounting/Finance
- 5 years experience in accounts payable function
- Supervise and lead a small team to be in charge of end-to-end accounts payable operation;
- To compile, process and maintain accounts payable records without delay;
- Ensure that controls around the accounts payable process are strong and within policies and procedures;
- Prepare aging report and other reports as required;
- Keep proper accounting records for fixed assets;
- Participate in ad-hoc projects like system enhancement, process revamp, streamlining etc.;
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
- At least 5 years of experience in accounts payable function;
- Good supervisory and communication skills;
- Prior experience in banking payment system is a plus;
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and practical skill in VBA & SQL is an advantage;
- Ability to work independently and under pressure; organized and detail-minded;
- Professional qualifications in HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent is an advantage;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;
- Immediate availability will be an advantage;
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accounting Manager.
