The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (“HKTDC”), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks a dynamic and high caliber professional to join our Human Resources Department.

 

Responsibilities:

• Drive the success of the regional Human Resources Capital Management (HCM) project
• Work closely with the Head Office and the Regional Branch Office HR teams, ITS and external service vendors throughout the project management life cycle
• Coordinate with the HR teams and other stakeholders on UAT, data migration, and system integration, system implementation and change management
• Ensure quality deliverables in system functionality, data integrity and user experience within the agreed timeline
• Monitor actively the project progress with vendors on system changes / service requests. Provide innovative solutions on system issues in compliance of HR business rules
• Manage and enhance the annual and monthly HR analytics reports for management review
• Develop and deliver user training sessions to ensure effective adoption by HR users and employees

Requirements:

• University graduates with hands-on human resources experience
• Proven track record in HRIS project management and implementation, preferably with a global or multinational organisation
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices in Hong Kong, preferably with regional exposure
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving skills and vendor management experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate and translate the HRIS to different level of employees
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
• Resourceful and able to drive the small team to deliver multiple timelines
• Strong work ethics and high degree of integrity

 

Remuneration and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
