Responsibilities:

• To quote tenders, cost estimations, handling claims, budget controls and pre/post-contract administrations for FITTING OUT PROJECTS.
• To finalize the accounts with processing all the VO applications.
• For some small scale of projects, need to handle project management per Senior's request. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' relevant experiences in fitting out and A&A works
• Certificate in Building Studies or relevant  disciplines
• Proficiently in CAD, MS Project and MS office applications
• Retail, club house or show flat experience are highly preferred
• Proficiently in both written & spoken English, Cantonese
• Be strong team player and independent, proactive, high responsibility and detail mind.
