Reporting to the Vice President, Accounting & Finance, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Interact with stakeholders at all levels to produce timely, efficient and accurate month-end closing, internal management and financial reports, and budget preparation
• Participate in the ongoing development and establishment of accounting policies and procedures as well as operational strategies
• Coordinate with other departments on business and accounting matters
• Ensure the compliance of accounting policies and procedures, internal control, tax and statutory requirements
• Collaborate with external and internal auditors to ensure successful audit results
• Assist in other ad hoc assignments as assigned

 

The successful candidate will be:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines
• Qualified Accountant of HKICPA or equivalent
• At least 8 years accounting / finance experience, in retail or FMCG industry will be definitely an advantage
• Experience in SAP operation is an advantage
• Proactive to drive result
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven leadership capabilities
• Able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
