Responsibilities

• Collect, administer, and maintain information related to the quality assurance system and processes
• Provide logistical and administrative support for training sessions and briefings on quality assurance enhancements
• Facilitate the review of asset maintenance documentation and requirements to ensure they are current and valid
• Benchmark industry best practices for quality assurance tools and technology
• Promote and disseminate the use of quality assurance tools
• Regularly liaise and communicate with asset maintenance teams to gather feedback on the implementation of quality assurance system

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Information Systems / Computer Science, Administrative Management or a related discipline
• A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
• Hands-on experience in system administrative and support, data management and manipulation
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
